Cahaya Manthovani is a dynamic young Indonesian woman known for her multifaceted involvement in social initiatives, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. Born in Jakarta on July 7, 1999, she is the daughter of Prof. Dr. Reda Manthovani, S.H., LL.M., a prominent legal scholar and professor at Universitas Pancasila.
Academically, Cahaya pursued her studies at Kyungsung University in South Korea, earning recognition for her achievements, including scholarships and awards. Professionally, she serves as the Director of Bumi Serang Asri and is the founder of INCA (Innovation Catalyst), an organization dedicated to fostering innovation and positive change.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to social causes, Cahaya actively engages in community service. In March 2025, she collaborated with the Inklusi Pelita Bangsa Foundation and the Dinas Pendidikan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta to distribute nutritious food to students at SLB Negeri 07 in East Jakarta, aiming to promote empathy and support marginalized communities.
Additionally, Cahaya chaired the Adhyaksa Esport Championships (AECS) 2024, showcasing her leadership in organizing events that resonate with the younger generation.
Her endeavors reflect a dedication to personal growth, community empowerment, and the cultivation of a positive mindset, encapsulated in her personal motto: “The power of mind. Your thoughts create your reality.”
